How do I determine the right size?
A size chart is available for each product. Are you in between two sizes? Feel free to contact us for personalised sizing advice.
What are the shipping costs?

What is the delivery time of my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days for the Netherlands and Belgium.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail, if available. It may take a few days for the tracking information to become active.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@florani.nl and include clear photos of the product, the packaging, and any damage. We will then look for a suitable solution as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
